10-23-23

In class today we had to get into groups and break down this poem “acquainted with the night.” It was easy and i finished it today. It wasn’t a lot of talking in my group but still fun nonetheless. I was the summarizer so i broke down most of the poem and made my connection to it. I don’t feel like i got the whole picture of the poem. It’s a really gloomy story though.

 Today in class we were using illuminate to write evidence for our claims. We recently learned how to create claims and use evidence to back it up. We worked on illuminate for the whole period. It was a very easy activity for me, but I didn’t finish it in class. I finished the assignment after school.
